I lived in Kuala Lumpur for two years. A city that got under my skin — its heat, its noise, its hawker stalls and monsoon rains. I left before I started taking photographs seriously. In November 2019 I came back for a single weekend, camera in hand, to finally see the city I knew with a photographer's eye. This photo book is what I found.
